GET OVER IT!

" I'm just keeping it real" and "These are facts" are common responses I hear from women explaining why they have a disrespectful outlook on men.  Before i break this statment down I would like to add these statements are coming from both christian and worldly women.

" I'm keeping it real"

 Why is it when someone says they are keeping it real it is always attached to something negative? I never hear someone say hey I am keeping it real and compliment someone. It seems to always precede an insult or negative comment of some kind. It also tends to be something negative about someone else, never themselves.

"These are facts"

So because you were in a bad relationship does that mean that you have the right to treat or talk to any man as if they are guilty of the offense? FYI men experience bad relationships too. Is it ok for them to treat you badly or to look at you differently based on another woman's merit? So what there are a lot of men that have "dropped the ball" that is no excuse for you to behave differently. It's that thinking that should make it ok for a man to label all women because there are a million female strippers in Atlanta. That's a fact. Should women accept that? Here is another fact.... you made the decision to be with that sorry joker so please include yourself in the category of making bad choices. I dont think many walk around admitting their contribution to a bad situation.

Disrespectful to men

The ironic part about those two statements is that a lot of the women that make those statements are married to good men yet they for some reason disregard the fact that they are with a good man now to reflect on the bad ones in the past. That is disrespectful. Please dont think that because there are a lot of women who discuss their bad relationships openly and men dont that it is an indication to the number of bad men vs bad women. That is not an accurate depiction by a long shot. Finally no woman wants to be treated or talked to like an ex-girlfriend ..... STOP DOING THAT TO MEN ITS UNATTRACTIVE.  Judge not lest ye be judged.
