The driving force behind Spirit 2 Spirit are two brothers, Michael and
Denny Jenkins. The two have more than50 years of musical
Experience. While Michael has instrumental talent as well as the ability
To get the best out of an individual, Denny is a percussionist with a
Strength in lyrical writing and arrangement. Together, these talents
create music that is passionate, strong and unique, The brothers of
Spirit 2 Spirit have a music background wherein their father, Thomas
Jenkins, helped form, manage and sing for the Gospel Quartet, The
Mighty Southern Echoes of Washington D.C. The group’s name was
Retired in 1999 by Mr. Jenkins after forty-eight years of praising God in
Music and in faith. Michael and Denny were also blessed with the
Opportunity to play with their father’s group a couple of years before its
Retirement and decided to continue his legacy through Spirit 2 Spirit.
Their older brother, Thomas Jenkins, Jr., also works with the group by
way of song writing and vocal arrangement
